Good Morning,

It is a beautiful, sunny Monday morning here in Texas.  Finally we are able to dry out some from all the rain last week.  I can tell you, when I was finally able to cut grass, I should have gone behind myself and raked it.  I had to put my mower on the highest level just to get through the jungle.  By the time I finished, my sciatica nerve was screaming at me!!!!  I was never so happy to come and sit in my ergonomic chair as I was that day.

I received a call last week about helping a 7'2" man get a chair.  He is a very slim man for his height so I would not be putting him in the Big and Tall Office Chair.  I would put him in the Stretch Seat and add inches to the height of the back post for him.  He is interested in the leather office chair and does not need a "medical chair" because he does not have any areas of concern he is trying to address other than his height.

Since coming to work at ErgoGenesis in Direct Marketing at Ergo4Me, the tallest person I have worked with is 7'4" and he loves his chair.  Then the next was 7' and he also loves his chair.

We have the ability to help individuals as petite as under 100 pounds to 700 pounds or 38" in width chairs.

We at BodyBilt have a committment to help people be more comfortable at work and therefore be more productive while sitting in an ergonomic chair.

I can honestly tell you that my job was a "destiny" that I prayed about for 2 years.  I know, in today's world, destiny is a word that isn't used too much because it's lofty and can seem "beyond" us.  But let me tell you something... destiny is real.  It is a "heart's desire" for me to help people with our chairs, whether it be an ergonomic chair for comfort or an ergonomic chair for a medical chair.

Please give me a call at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com.  I would love to talk with you about our custom built ergonomic chair.

Be Blessed and Keep The Faith,

Peggy

Good Afternoon Everyone,

It has definately been a wet week here in Texas.  I almost think that the weather forecasters have it wrong about Tropical Storm Fay.  I think she might have been sitting over us and just unloading all the water she needed.  I thought I would be able to cut my grass this week after work but I believe I will have to give away my dog and cat and buy 2 goats just to take care of the grass so that I can get into the front door of my house.  Enough about that.

I have had the pleasure of working with a gentleman from a small town in Friday Harbor, Washington in getting a leather ergonomic office chair.  I am including his letter to me because I want everyone to see that we CAN fit individual's to the correct chair and do it over the telephone.  I will also include another letter from a very happy customer about his experience in working with me in getting an ergonomic office chair for himself and his wife.

The first is from Lawrence:

Peggy:

I am a sole practitioner (lawyer) in a small town not located near any furniture store, so when I decided to treat myself to a new chair, I took the plunge and ordered one from Bodybuilt.  It was an excellent decision: they sent me leather samples, I chose one, and after the chair arrived, I found it was exactly what I needed in a chair - it is firm, comfortable, it gives me support at my lower back, and the arm rests are just in the right place and comfortable to rest my arms on.   One other thing: I decided I needed the shorter height cylinder, I got it quickly from the company, installed it, and am very happy with my choice and the responsive folks at Bodybuilt.

Here is the letter to my boss from Dr. Tanner:

Dear Mr. Woodward,

I recently ordered two chairs for our home office.  Peggy Haley-Ross, Senior Ergonomic and Marketing Consultant, was my first contact with your company. While I had done some preliminary research on the products she was very helpful in clarifying our needs and suggesting alternative solutions. Her communications with me, both by phone, mail and email, were prompt, clear, and helpful. Although our order’s build and delivery were not without concerns to us, Peggy handled these concerns very professionally and, ultimately, assisted us in receiving two chairs under a tight deadline and they appear to be all we expected.

I hope you and others at ErgoGenesis are aware of the good work that Peggy is doing on behalf of your company. Her assistance gave us confidence in both the workmanship and customer service that we believe are essential for long-term business relationships.

Although Peggy discouraged this correspondence, our numerous interactions with her over the last several weeks compelled me to write of her exceptional support. Her professionalism confirms to us that ErgoGenesis’ quality of service lies not only in its high standard of product construction but also in its selection of quality personnel.

I realize a single notation of excellence seldom carries great rewards, but I cannot believe my notation stands alone. I hope Ms. Haley-Ross is appropriately commended in ways meaningful to her in the days ahead.

Sincerely,

Dr. Edgar A. Tanner

As you can see by both of these letters, I can properly fit you to Big and Tall, Petite, Stretch Seat, Leather, Comfortek Fabric or the Mildly Contoured ergonomic chair by simply spending about 5 minutes with you to get the key information that I need to evaluate you and your ergonomic needs.  Then I can do a quote for you on the chair that best fits your ergonomic needs.  Just give me a call at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com and it would be my pleasure to work with you one-on-one.

Have a very blessed afternoon and evening!!

Peggy

Happy Thursday Afternoon!!!

I just wanted to share an email that I received from one of my customer's.  He was a very wonderful person to work with as well as a genuine nice person.  He emailed me to let me know how he felt about his chair and also about me.  It is my pleasure and job to work one-on-one with people and make sure that I fit them correctly to the correct ergonomic chair that meets their needs.

His email is as follows:

Peggy, I just wanted you to know I've been using, enjoying and physically benefiting from the BodyBilt chair I ordered weeks ago.

I am equally delighted with two aspects of this major (for me) purchasing decision. The first is the customer service you personally provided to help get me into the right chair and the expertise you offered to configure the chair correctly for my needs and work environment. The second is the chair. You helped me into a J Series, J2507. Great decision, perfect fit. The chair arrived on the date promised. Assembly was a snap. The quality is without compromise. I've tested, tweaked and adjusted all of the position options until I dialed in a very comfortable seating position for my day long computer work.

Noticeable stress relief was immediate. In less than two weeks shoulder and lower back stress were completely gone. What a difference day after day.

As you recall, Peggy, I was considering three different brands of high end office chairs when we first spoke. I am convinced, with your guidance, I've made the right decision. Thanks to BodyBilt for a superior product and thank you, Peggy, for providing superior assistance and customer service. You each have my endorsement, recommendation and permission to share my opinion with others if you wish.

Regards,

Dale

It would be my pleasure to work with each of you.  Just give me a call at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com and I will give you the individual attention that I gave Dale.

Have a very blessed afternoon and eveining.

Peggy

It is a beautiful sunny Tuesday afternoon here in Texas.  The temperature is in the mid 90s.  I have been busy and have not been able to blog for the past few weeks and I have missed it.

The Sunday before Memorial Day, I decided I was going to do something very crazy.  I decided to run around to the other side of our pool and in doing so, I had to jump over the end of the slide.  Well, my left foot caught the bottom of the slide and down I went on my left knee and wrists.  I knew that I scapped my knee but I didn't think I had hurt anything else.  I got right back in the water and played the rest of the day and then I was in the water on Memorial Day.

Tuesday about mid-morning, I found out that I could not straighten up.  I had to go out of town that afternoon and would not return until this past Sunday.  Well, I spend most of Thursday afternoon and evening in the emergency room having a MRI done to see if I had broken the fusion in my spine.  I have never had back pain the way it hurt last week.  Even through 5 back surgeries and fusions, I never felt like that.  My knees would give out and I would have to make sure that I was standing next to something that I could hold on to until I could stand up.  The doctor said that the MRI showed that my fusions were solid.  I was going to have to depend on muscle relaxers to help me over the next several days until I could get home.

I returned on Sunday night and was so very glad to see my BodyBilt ergonomic chair.  Monday morning I went to my desk and sat in my chair and my body breathed a sigh of relief.  It is still amazing to me to have a chair that will give me the comfort that my chair gives me.  I do not believe that there is anyone out there that builds a medical chair that can fit me as well as my J3502 Comfortek ergonomic chair fits me.

I am slowly getting back to normal and am anxiously awaiting having the normal feelings again.

I would love to help anyone who is having any type of physical areas that they are trying to address with an ergonomic chair.  Please feel free to call me at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com.  I would also love to help anyone wanting to prevent any future discomfort.

Have a blessed afternoon.

Peggy

Well, it's Friday and the weekend is upon us!!!!  I have been very busy this week.  We have finally gotten some days in the low 90's so maybe the water in the swimming pool will start warming up so that we can get in and swim.  I really miss my pool in the winter.  I definately will have a solar cover this year so that we can swim year round.  With us being in Texas, we still get the hot sun in the winter and therefore a solar cover will help to keep the water warm enough to be in all year round.

This week I seem to be working with a lot of petite individuals.  When we say petite, we don't always mean in weight.  We also mean in height.  Anyone that is 5'4" and shorter is considered a petite individual.  You don't have to weigh less than 120 pounds.

When we say Big and Tall office chairs, we don't mean that you have to be big AND tall.  We mean that this is a chair for individuals up to 500 pounds.

If you have an inseam of 34" or greater, then we have a different chair that we recommend unless you weigh over 310 pounds.

You see, there are quite a lot of variables into making recommendations on the chair that best fits one's ergonomic needs.  That is why it is so very important to allow me to either talk with you or email you the questions that we need you to answer.  It is in evaluating your answers that I am able to make the recommendations on the chair and options that best fit your needs.  Ergonomic chairs can be quite costly and it is better to get one that is custom built for your needs as opposed to getting one that says it is ergonomic.

Well, have a most blessed Saturday and a wonderful Mother's Day.

Peggy

Well, it is a dark rainy Tuesday morning and I am busy at work.  Last week I was super busy and that is definately the way I like it.

I worked with this very nice gentleman, Dustin, in obtaining an ergonomic medical chair and was very surprised and delighted when he came to pick up his chair.  He gave me a book to say "Thanks for the help".  That just made my heart very, very happy.  I love being able to help individuals with our ergonomic chairs.  Dustin will never know how much his gift means to me.  It just lights the fire in my heart even more in my faith.  I loved the way he signed it - "Peace and Grace".  Thank you Dustin.

I have had 5 lumbar surgeries with fusions, 1 cervical surgery with fusion and broke my tailbone and I know how very much my chair has helped me.  It has actually given me a work life back.  It is so very important to me to make sure that I am recommending the right ergonomic chair, whether it be a big and tall chair, leather office chair, medical chair, chair for extra tall individuals, petite chairs or scooters.  I just want to be sure that I have the individual's information so that I can evaluate it and make recommendations on the chair and options that best fit their ergonomic needs.

I would love to help you in obtaining the correct chair.  Give me a call at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com.

Have a mightly blessed day!!!

Peggy

Good Morning!!!

Well, today is National Prayer Day.  I would encourage each and everyone to stop for a minute and offer up a prayer for yourself, friends, loved-ones, people you don't know, our country and the brave men and women who are in the Armed Forces laying their life on the line so that we may remain free in our country.

I have worked often with individuals that are 5'4" and shorter.  The petite individual has a really hard time finding a chair that will fit not only their tourso length but also their inseam.  One of the problems is that most companies do not offer their petite employees a desk that is low enough for their feet to be flat on the ground when they are sitting at their desk.  We have a footforte that can be set in front of the employee while they are sitting at their desk.  It is made similar to the old sewing machine that our grandmothers had to pump with their feet.  This pumping action helps to give you better circulation in the feet and calves of your legs.  One thing that I have found is that it also helps to keep your feet and ankles from swelling.  I am not a petite individual but I use one and love it.

Our petite ergonomic chair has a seat depth of 18 1/2" by 17 1/2" and with the Back Depth Adjuster, you are able to take more seat depth off the chair for your inseam length.  I have worked with many individuals who are 4'9" to 5'4" and have been able to custom build an ergonomic chair that has worked for them.

One lady in particular was 5' and wanted our neckroll on her chair.  I was not sure that this was going to work for her but decided to give it a try.  She ordered a J3406 leather office chair and she is extremely happy.  She said she had never had a chair fit her like a glove and looks forward to going in to work each morning because she knows she will be more comfortable while sitting at her desk and therefore she is more productive.

I would love the opportunity to work with you in making recommendations on the proper chair and options that you need to have a great chair.  Please either give me a call at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com.

Again, remember it is National Prayer day and may each and everyone of you have a mightly blessed day.

Peggy

Well, it is a beautiful Tuesday morning and I am busy at work.  I had a lady email me today that has chronic, 24/7 pain while sitting, standing, walking and even lying down.  She has had this pain for the past 13 years.  I became alarmed when she said that she has almost lost the "hope" of becoming a writer because of the unbearable pain.  I asked her to please give me a call so that I could talk with her and see if possibly one of our medical ergonomic chairs would work for her.  I also included a video that I asked her to watch.  It was http://www.ergo4me.com/ergonomics.php  This video talks about how passionate we are with helping people to be more comfortable while sitting and more productive.

The one thing that I asked her to not do is loose hope.  For me, hope and faith are very important in each and every day life.  Hope is so important to me that I named my only daughter Hope.  If ever I were to give anyone some heart felt advise, it would be "Never loose hope and keep your faith strong."

I would love to help this lady to find the solution so that she could get back to her dream of becoming a writer and to live a more normal life.  I would welcome helping anyone who has the need or want of a wonderful custom built ergonomic chair, whether it be for medical chair purposes, preventative purposes, leather office chair, big and tall office chair or comfortek office chair.  Just give me a call at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com.

Have a most blessed day.

Peggy

My name is Bonnie and I am the Direct Marketing Consultant for ErgoGenesis BodyBilt ergonomic seating solutions.  My job is to evaluate clients’ ergonomic needs and build a chair suited to his/her stature and work environment.  We cater to folks that are Big & Tall as well as petite individuals sitting in Papa Bear’s chair and individuals who are in pain!  I have a medical background and believe passionately in the importance of  comfortable ergonomic seating for overall wellbeing and work productivity.

After sitting in a “cheap office store chair” myself for years I felt like I had been reborn when I received my BodyBilt ergonomic chair.  The pain in my shoulders and lumbar area disappeared instantly.  The contour and comfort of the seat itself coupled with the infinite amount of adjustability are unsurpassed.  When I get out of my chair at the end of the day, I feel as good as when I sat down.  And when I deliver a chair to a client that has suffered for years with back and sciatica pain, or hasn’t been able to sit in a chair for more that 15 minutes at a time and I hear their sigh of relief as I help them adjust the chair, it makes my daye!!!  I love what I do and I love helping people.  I call myself the “chair doctor” and I’d be more than happy to help you too!  Call me at 800-364-5299 x 291 or email me at bonnie@ergo4me.com

Have a Blessed Day!  Bonnie

Well, it's Saturday morning, rainy outside and I decided to do a little work today.  I was extremely busy yesterday helping people to get the best custom built ergonomic office and medical chairs made.  I work with people who have no areas of concern but want to prevent future problems, as well as with individual's who have some pretty major physical and medical disabilities.  The thing with most people is, THAT THEY STILL WANT TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND COMFORTABLE WHILE THEY ARE SITTING.  I have customers who choose to have the Comfortek fabric (our most ergonomic fabric), some who want the man-made leather and others who will only sit in the leather office chairs.  We all have our special preferences and it is my job to help each individual obtain the best chair for each of their ergonomic needs as well as their preference.

My job is a passion for me because of my spinal surgeries, broken tailbone and cervical surgery.  My chair has literally given me a "work-life" back.  I have suffered for many years with sciatica nerve pain.  I sit for an average of 10-12 hours per day at my desk and I am completely comfortable and therefore more productive.

It would be a pleasure to work with each and every one of you, whether you are petite in height, regular height or big and tall in height.  Please feel free to call me at 936-870-2699 or email me at pross@ergo4me.com

Hope you have a wonderful and blessed weekend.

Peggy

Good Morning

It is Friday morning and I am busy at work.  I just wanted to tell you a little about the tallest person that I have had a chair custom built for.  He was 7'4".  He was such a pleasure to work with.  He received his chair, J3509 Leather and loves it.  He said that he has never had a chair fit him like it should before.

I would be happy to help anyone of any height in obtaining a great custom built ergonomic chair.  Just give me a call at 936-870-2699 and we can talk.

A lot of people ask us, what makes a good office chair?

There are all kinds of chair out there.  $ 49 , $ 99, $ 199, $ 299, $ 499, $ 999

It is somewhat like a car.  I can buy a korean KIA for $ 8,000, or a BMW for $ 80,000.  Both will get you from your house to the office, but most would agree that a BMW is a "better" car than a Kia.

So what makes a good chair?

1.  The quality of the components that go in to the chair.

2.   The adjustability of the chair.   Most chairs only have a lever on the side that allows you to go up and down.    BodyBilt chairs have on average three levers, that not only go up and down, but the a back tilt adjustment, and a seat angle tily adjustment.  And then the back can be lowered higher or lower.  Want to see the adjustments for yourself?  Check out our chair videos.

3.  Customer Service.    Does the company that sells you the chair care?  Or did they just but the chair from somewhere in China and resell it to you.   At Bodybilt, all we make are chairs from our "world" headquarters in Texas.   We have been making ergonomic chairs for over 15 years, having sold over 250,000 custom ergonomic chairs.
